xlivingdeadgirl When I do it myself, I just wrap it in foil and put it in the oven. [See Jamie Eason's fish in foil recipe] But I prefer it to be grilled which I have my boyfriend do. As far as seasoning, he usually does that too haha Mar 29, 2012 9:16am
