my long time goal is to loose a total of 80 pounds. my entire life i have struggled with my weight and i don't want to struggle with it any longer. i want to accept the responsibility of what i have done to my body and do the things necessary to change it. i want to loose 21 pounds by march 2008, followed by 19 pounds (my second 10%) by june 2008, followed by another 17.4 pounds by september 2008, followed by loosing 15.4 pounds by december 2008, finally followed by the final 7 pounds to be released by february 2009. i want to be able to fit into a size 7 wedding dress and walk down the beach in a bikini without being insecure, and ever have a guy hit on me. i know that i can do this. this gives me 14 months to loose 80 pounds and have the body i have always wanted. i have support and the desire, so i'm getting up and going on my journey.

Cardio and Swimming
Congratulations on making the decision to get fit. Always believe in yourself and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. Combine a good nutrition plan with some form of cardio and weight lifting and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I did the Body for Life program, which is for a total of 12 weeks and received amazing results. You may want to give it a look-see. Let me know if there is anything that I can do.
Stay strong and all the best.
Megan, stay strong and work hard! This is not an easy life style change! I have had a cold for a week now, and I have a cough that has kept me up every night and I am feeling like butt! But I still drag myself to the gym and do my workouts. If you need a partner let me know.. I understand the disappointments and how hard this is.
