How I Started:
I got motivated and needed the strength and mass for football,wrestling, and track.
Why I Love It:
I love working out and bodybuild because it makes me look buff,strong,tough, and dead sexy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated when watching movies like Rocky, and listening to pump up music like Tupac.

Ummm I developed a more muscular chest, biceps, triceps, quapdraceps, and abs.

Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. When I was a child I would look up to Superman and wish that I could be as strong and muscular as him. I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident around women. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 200 pounds, with 12% bodyfat, and be able to do at least 350 on the bench press. I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 18 months!
