lifting bout 6 months,Only really got the hang of the diet an all fairly recently,Startin to blow da **** up,Except i have a sprained ligament in my left knee,Gonna be about 2 an a half months before i can squat again:(How long u lifting man?

I'm half Irish and half Spanish. As far as my current body comp goals are I'm in a maintenance phase. I do about a half hour of cardio a day so Octane should make that a breeze. Also, Xplode is formulated mre for energy and pumps. Try giving some plain creatine monohydrate a shot. It will work :)
Not necessarily. KIC stands for alphaketisocaproic acid and has better insuline mimetic properties compared to leucine and is very anabolic per se from a natural perspective. If you have the cash it is a better option to plain Luecine. However, you can also take products which contain both and out cheaper :)
