Background
I use to work out all the time but every time i take a break from it I stay away from it. I think I started taking it more seriously when I saw Wanderlei Silva working out on video. He had a great physique that I wanted to shoot for. So I would immitate some of the excercises he did, Like circuit training type of excercises.
I love the rush that I get from lifting weights! I also dont like being fat. I like the compliments I get especially from beutiful women. Plus its nice having the edge of being stronger, faster and more endurance than other people.

I can see a differnce and I feel better already from when I started on the January 1, 2012 until January 15, 2012. Seeing the progress photos I see a slight differnce but its so motivating it makes me wana go to the gym right now. But I gotta watchout because I dont wana over train and get injured. I wana take my mma training up a notch starting tommorow. Theres so many classes to take at the mma school I go to but I dont wana overwelm myself and get injured. I give myself a 9 out of 10 for my weight lifting workouts and a 7 out of 10 for my cardio because ive been doing fitness kickboxing and juijitsu which incorporates alot of cardio. As for eating, im disapointed in I give myself a 5 out of 10, I want to bring my cardio and eating up to a 8. I dont have as much junk food at home like I did before so im not snacking on little candies at home and opting for things like cottage cheese and fiber one bars.
