When I started college, I didn't want to be one of those people who gained the "Freshman 15".
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it keeps me healthy physically and emotionally.

I stay motivated to workout because of how good I feel once a workout is done.

Right now my diet is 90% on. I have a cheat once a day. I want to gain as much muscle as possible before I start cutting calories. I would like my arms, shoulders, and calves bigger before I start really dieting.
