I have 52 days in being smoke free and it has been an EXTREMELY challenging period in my life. You wouldn't think something so small like cigarettes could have such a huge impact on your life! I get terrible headaches and this emotional roller coaster has me thinking, "Am I...

Unfortunately it's only a brewpub, and we don't bottle our beers, yet. But fortunately it gives me the opportunity to brew what ever I feel like, and not the mass marketed Budweiser swill that overpowers the markets. Brownie points are always nice.
Professional. It's a blast.
Now Just think, you went another 24 without, and you're still alive. It's kind of a refreshing thought isn't it? Keep it up!
smoking is a tough habbit to break- I've have so many "quits" turned wrong.
Anyway congradulate u for breaking the 50 day mark, must be fairly determined
G'luck
You are 100% correct and if I felt any better I would have to be twins to be able to enjoy it all. The transformation MENTALLY has been as complete as the transformation physically with my outlook going from one of doom & gloom to being happy all the time and looking forward to each and every day. I vow to “preach” fitness and its benefits to all who will listen (and many who won’t). Thank you for dropping by and for your wonderful words.
