Overall Goal: I am getting back on the horse. I am going to hit the weights and bulk up a little. I am going to start running at the same time and get ready for another marathon.

Goal (Long):
I want to start woking toward my 18" arm goal again. I need to find some solid motivation somewhere. My eating habits are horrible and I need to get back into serious discipline.
