Background

When I Started: Jan 2010
HOW I STARTED:

I looked at myself in the mirror and realized that "I hate what I see". I knew that I had to do something. I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING!! This time I will stick with it and fight with every once of my being!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I knew that bodybuilding was the key to transforming my body. It was a way to chisel of the fat away from my muscle and to gain muscle mass/definition.

Captain Ahab You're right, I did it and so can you. I also suggest that you take small steps. By taking smaller steps towards a larger goal, you are able to experience success much more quickly and much more often. So instead of telling yourself you're going to lose say, 60 pounds within the year try telling yourself you're going to lose 1 or 2 pounds this week. Then do it.
