I got started lifting in middle school with wrestling. I continued all the way thru military and college just not at a serious level. When I finished college and starting my career, I started bodybuilding and have continued ever since with no plans of quiting!
Why I Love It:
Its a good stress reliever and a great way to stay in shape and live healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes from just wanting to live a long and healthy lifestyle. I've been doing it for so long that its become a habit to work hard and stay in shape.

About 3 years ago I started experimenting with some heavy bag work. I had no experience with this type of excercising. It didn't take me long to see how good of a workout a heavy bag is! I've found that these workouts have a certain place in weight training/bodybuilding. It is a great form...
Looks like that would be a good area for bear as well. Should be a lot of elk in that region. We were actually hunting in the Frank Church wilderness area, really cool area and nice views.
i know what you mean bro... the cravings kill me too! espcially for cheat foods on the weekends are my weakest moments... i need a better way to stay away from them and limit them to one cheat meal a week!
