How I Started:
Started in high school to get stronger for athletics and have kept working out since.
Why I Love It:
The amazing feeling I get when I'm done with my last set. The high can last for hours and can carry me through the day. It help's keep me in shape for my job and provides me with the confidence that I know I can perform my job to the highest standards when situations take a turn for the worse.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading other memebers profiles. Just seeing others who are in amazing shape. Listening to music is a huge motivation Motivation comes from within. I know what I want and how to get it. Now I just need to do it!!
