Reading other memebers profiles. Just seeing others who are in amazing shape. Listening to music is a huge motivation Motivation comes from within. I know what I want and how to get it. Now I just need to do it!!

We stay busy, at work. We are on track to run about 89,000 calls, this year. Our engine is on track for about 3,800 calls this year. I am trying something a little different; 1 bodypart and abs everyday.I use kettlebells for my cardio.
