Been awhile since i posted not sure if anybody reads this or not thanks if you do. Made it another week feeling good not sure if there's any progress yet will check on the 1st . but some people say they can tell "i look firm" oh well thanks all.

Oh I did! THey had an amazing fire works display. It was the town's 20th annual hooplah, so it was fun.

Sorry it took me so long to look at the program. Looks good! You might want to try adding some power/speed moves when you get closer to your first games. Some power cleans, snatches and either jerks or push presses. Ask on the nasga page and sure you'll get lots of help. Also, I saw your response to my WSM thread over there. Glad to know I wasn't the only one glued to my TV all that night. Take care, and I'm insanely jealous you'll get to throw so much sooner than I will.

Baab is hilarious. I hope I get to meet him in person this year. Keep on hitting that 5x5, if you ever need advice along the 5x5/Bill Starr sort of program I reccomend asking the guy known as Skullsplitter on NASGA. He was trained by Starr for years and he has given me some of the programs he used. Skullsplitter also writes for Milo quite a bit. I have one of the programs here if you are ever interested. It's a butt kicker, simple but brutal.
