By looking around and seeing how many members of the EMS community are as out of shape and unhealthy as the people we serve. We are looked upon as he Red Headed Step-children of public safety, and the way we appear to the public has alot to do with that.

Allows me to project a professional appearance, and to remain injury free. It allows me to work harder and longer and that translates to more lives saved.
almost 5 hours in the car with three kids...how do you think? LOL Listened to the Patriots game in the car...tuned out the kids. Didn't help the damn calf muscle. Killing me now. How was your Sunday?
