I realized my body wasn't going to bounce back from pregnancy on its own.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of accomplishment and the knowledge that I'm working towards my goal of getting a lean and fit body.

I look at the measuring tape or catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and know I have a lot of work ahead of me.

Goal (Long):
I want to lose at least 25 pounds of body fat, lower my body fat percentage, get lots of muscle defition, particularly in my abs; my midsection is my obsession, I despise the way it looks. Nutrition has always been an issue for me but I know I can do it if I put my heart into it. And I am committed, I WILL succeed and see my body transform before my eyes.

im sorry you're going through a tough time. I remember how bad it was for me when I had my first break-up. Just take your time getting back to normalcy, don't push yourself too hard if you're not ready, and try to do something that make you feel better. :) BEST OF LUCK!

Hey girly! Thanks! The EFD plan is what I'm currently on, and I totally recommend it! The workouts are highly intense and the meal plan is super easy to follow... plus it helps that he customizes everything to meet your individual goals! oh and ps you are just gorgeous:) I love this picture of you!
