What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
1g-1.5g of protein per lb of my body weight. 3 meals, the rest supplements.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10 for endurance since I don't do cardio. Helps with tone as well.

30-40 seconds. No cardio means higher heart rate.
