I started working out at age 16. I had no clue to what I was doing. I met Paul Tillman and he showed me how to eat and train hard. I had won a few teen shows and placed 2nd in the mens div at the southern classic. Mike Horn helped me out for the 2002 Teen Nationals and I won the Light Heavy weight Div. I would have won the over all but I ate alot of ice cream. If I could do it again I would stick to the diet.
Why I Love It:
When I was like 4 years old my dad had a bodybuilding mag. I wanted to be like those guys. Working out and lifting heavy makes me feel good and super human.
How I Stay Motivated:
I will compete in 2010. My profile pic is after 3 months of training. I was 160 pounds at the start of the 3 months. Im 220 in the pic. I have not been training much over the years.I will train hard for 1 year. I plan to walk on stage at 220 next year. I will be a pro. I have decided that. unless God shoots me down then, nothing will stop me. I found new motivation. People that doubt me, drive me. lights out! Game over!

Hey Mark, thanks!! Working hard need to get bigger this offseaon. Trying to hit the 270 mark.. at 252 last weigh in and even thicker and bit more defind since then. How is your training going man, you compete yet?
