When I Started:
Feb, 2007
How I Started:
High school football was the beginning for me. As a freshman I was recruited to play D-Line and I was pretty skinny. I decided that I had to get bigger. I begged my parents to let me get some protein and it all went uphill from there.
In the Marine Corps I worked for a Corporal that lifted all the time. Lifting with him got me in the best shape of my life. I was down below 17% bf, had great looking arms, and could run with any Marine.
Why I Love It:
It makes me happy.
How I Stay Motivated:
By telling myself not to quit. When I look in the mirror and I notice a difference, it makes me want to lift more.
BB Accomplishments:
Went from 290lbs on April 1, 2007 to 270lbs on July 31, 2007.

Electronics Technician (Nobody ever gets that right;) Joint duty, my office rant the physical/electronic security systems that our Marines broke (uh, used) on a daily basis. We got them lots of money and equipment, they let me join in on training. Absolutely incredible experience and opportunity!
