How I Started:
During the ratline at VMI i went from 195lbs (Aug 06) to 174lbs (Dec 06). I lost all muscle mass but was in great cardio shape but I was skinny and wanted to get bigger. So I made it my mission to get to 200lbs by eating clean and working out hard before I returned for my sophmore year (Aug 07) and I did. Currently I am around 211-213 lbs now.
Why I Love It:
It is addictive and makes me feel great about myself. Creates Confidence and its fun.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at myself in the mirror. Seeing other people that are farther along than I am. Wanting to be the best in everything I put forth effort in. Seeing and obese and lazy ****ers that eat unhealthy and do not exercise.

Haha, my brother would agree, haha! I'm at Liberty University, Junior year. It sure does go by fast! Looks like your progress is doing pretty well! Keep it up! :)
