Thanks Joe! I've got 9wks left to rip it up :) I plan to hit the stage about 5lbs more than my last show...Hopefully I wont look so skinny LOL!!! How have you been?

i know thats what i keep telling myself, plus i'm a lot stronger when i'm carrying the extra weight...gotta focus on the positives :) my friends bday is on the 28th too, thats really gotta suck...i hope you had a good one anyway!!!

thanks, i hope people enjoyed following my journey...having people like you to talk to has helped me tremendously!!! actually i promised myself a new tattoo to celebrate my comp but after all the costs of the show it doesnt exactly fit into the budget :( ooh, but i cant wait to get more...its been too long!
