I don't know that I love it, yet. I do love seeing changes in my physique, though.

Self-possession is its own motivation. I will, therefore, I am. Oh, and all the superhero builds walking around campus.

Whenever I've heard them going on about their workout goals it has bored me. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Keep track of your progress. This website is great for motivation if only because it allows you to see how you're progressing.
I'm feeling awful good, lately. After a severe injury from a car accident, I had a hard time breaking the static inertia that kept me from the gym. Now, I'm finally at a point at which the gym seems like a natural part of my daily agenda. I'm looking pretty awesome, too.
