I've always loved how it felt to lift and the results, I finally got time in my schedule to start planning goals in the beginning of the year.
Why I Love It:
It's the only thing that gives back what you give it
How I Stay Motivated:
results and feeling good knowing that i have something i work hard for and that not anyone could have. I recently got my personal trainer certification and now I really have to stay motivated because now I am a role model for the people I train.
BB Accomplishments:
none yet- but hey, i'm still young. But i did just get my persoanl training cert and a job at a great gym. Hey Joliet, join Five Star Fitness by the Joliet Mall! And say hey when u see me there!
I have always been pretty healthy, but recently I started getting much more serious about lifting and nutrition. I was at 18 % bf for a while but i fell off the wagon being so busy with school and work. I want to go to school to get my personal training license in about a year, so I need to get to my goal and be able to maintain. I want to increase the size of my lats and v-shape my back becasue it is my favortie muscle and thicken my legs and glutes a more. i want to be able to bench my bodyweight and be able to do the windshield wiper ab move!(hanging crunch while lifting your legs parellel with your body and doing a back and forth windsheild wiper movement)
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 6 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
17%
