How I Started:
My father has always been a man who worked out ate right so as a child I would see him going to the gym.I would here my sisters friends say your father looks awesome I could see how proud that made my sister.So that brings me to this I'am A father of two daughters. hey man you have a great physique and you have a great base for a competition physique my recommendation is to construct a strict diet and get a consult if you dont know what that entails and start practicing your posing it is very important.
If you eat clean you can gain 15 pounds with not much fat and than do a diet to lose BF and get lean.
But have in mind that it will not be fast or too easy.
