I don't really have a routine. I lift whatever I feel like lifting on that particular day. I do try to give each group I work a day or two off in between though.

Thanks man! Glad to hear you like CL's stuff!! Yeah, their supps kick ass!! I use bothe GM and GB switching off from time to time and think they are both just as effective, both very solid supps! I personally prefer GM though, little more of a dose and it tastes great!!!
