Reason: Unfortunately he join the wrong fraternity. But, I am motivated by his ethic to work hard in the gym and for his family. T

Reason: He makes me laugh.. and let's be honest.. sometimes that laugh is the catalyst to gettin my groove on at the gym.. or on a run.. or to just put the dam cookies down! HE may be in a year long bulk.. but I certainly am NOT! :)

Reason: This dude works 2, 3, or 5 jobs. Hell, I don't know. Has a family and manages to get his training AND bodyspace gossip/report time in. This is madness. He even has my original power ring. *sigh*

Reason: The man has an awesome drive ... he's constantly trying to better himself and his family and still finds time to stay in beautiful shape. Not to mention his one arm rows ...

Reason: This brother here should inspire just more than me. True convictions and a philosopher. Mad Props Mdrane.

Reason: He eats a ton of fast food, but manages to still have abs. Incredible. Plus, he's ambitious beyond belief.

Reason: MD did my training for awhile in 2008- I made great progress with him and I still use some of his training methods to this day. I really wanted to kill him on cardio days but it was worth it in the end... business eventually turned to friendship- he juggles a million jobs, family and school... and still gets his training done. If that isn't inspiring then what is?
