I was a skinny kid that didn't want to be skinny anymore. One of my dad's buddies from work was selling a weight bench with some old sand weight and I bought it for $50.
Why I Love It:
Fear of being Fat!
Fear of being Skinny!
How I Stay Motivated:
OUT of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Kevin Levrone. Wide with good lines, small joints, and decent height.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
2 Strained Supraspinatus (SP?). I just had to take time off and then train around them. They still get inflamed but I know to back off and give them time.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Overtraining, Poor form, lack of concentration, too much weight.
You should embrace your inner mad scientist. You are so wasting the potential you have to be an excellent one. No one said anything about world domination.
Well, lets see. I've been working, reading, training, and making fun of people. Thats about it. Well, and researching how to make people faster. Its really looking like I'm going to have to cut someone open though.
I need a volunteer.
How about yourself? Nah, not asking you to volunteer.
saw your photo and, being that i'm also a father of 2, had to ask: how do you find the time to stay so dedicated? i feel like i'm always cutting workouts short to get to my girls...
