One arm standing skull crushers 3 sets @ 15 reps
One arm preacher curls 3 sets @ 15,10,8 reps
One arm tri kick backs 3 sets @ 15 reps
Hammer Curls 3 sets @ 17,12,8 reps
One arm cable pull downs 3 sets @ 20,12,8 reps
Concentration curls 3 sets @ 15,12,8 reps
Tri push downs 3 sets @ 15,12,8 reps
Suicides 1 set 4 different wieghts 7,7,7 reps
