How I Started:
I have always worked out but not serious. After going to the Arnold Classic in 2008 and seeing what the human body is capable of, it just motived me to get into a gym and hit it harder than I ever have.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives me a complete piece of mind. Very few times in life does someone have the opportunity to competely focus on themselves and better their quality of life, both mental and physical.
How I Stay Motivated:
After working out consistantly for a year, I think I am finally seeing results which drive me further. I have conquored the mental aspect of working out. Now I need to conquor the mental aspect of dieting (it doesnt help I have a major sweet tooth!) I cheat too frequently.

This is me with one of the models at the Arnold classic last year. Definitely a good year of progress since this point. I lost 30 lbs and put on some muscle mass.

Goal (Long):
Just coming off a really bad stretch where I abandoned a lot of good habits and started the old ones again. My goal is to get my body fat/muscle percentage ratio back in line!
I dont know this person personally but I see her at the gym and she gets after it! I miss a lot of workouts but everytime I am there, she is and that really says a lot.
Well, I took several progress pics last week. HOWEVER, I have a crazy farmers tan from playing in my football league so um yea...I will just have to wait till that fades away to post some pics
I work out at the Urban their in florence. It's close to my work so I just go in after i get off. I work third shift so i get off at 6:30 then go in at 7 am so i usually get the hole gym to myself.
