How I Started:
I used to lift 10Ib dumbells in my basement off and on for about one year. I became serious about it and starting working out regularly in the gym about 6 months ago.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good and I love the pumped feeling I get after a workout
How I Stay Motivated:
I motivate myself by seeing the gains in my body. I want to keep getting bigger.

Goal (Long):
I've always wanted to have a strong toned body and now that I see it happening, I want to continue to get even bigger. My ulimate goal is to reach 170 pounds.
