How I Started:
I've always been a hardgainer. At 20 I got tired of being so damn skinny, so I decided to do something about it. I started at 150 lbs. and have worked up to 210.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is a great way to stay in top physical and emotional shape. It's amazing to watch your body change through all of the hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror, sigh, and go hit the weights.
BB Accomplishments:
Staying consistent even though every workout partner I've ever had has quit on me. Working out by yourself is hard to get used to.

I finally learned how to do my measurements right and I have to say I was shocked.  Time to start doing some heavy cardio.  I've tried to gain weight for a long time but now it's time to trim some fat.  I'm a naturally broad guy aroung the shoulders and it kind of masked my waist...
