My coaches in High School made the comment, "Dang Mike.... Roundin' up a bit!" And it got to me. Not to mention my 47yr old Dad was in better shape then I was. I had to get serious. And I've stayed with it ever since. I love it!
Why I Love It:
I love it becaue of how it makes me feel. When I was a kid I was very skinny, I never visulaized myself as being a muscular guy that you see around, while I still have a ways to go, what I didn't believe possible is slowly but surely becoming a reality! It's amazing and I wouldn't give it up for anything in the world!
How I Stay Motivated:
Being a personal trainer and working at a gym helps, but I stay motivated because it has become a way of life. Living without fitness and health would be a nightmare for me now.
BB Accomplishments:
I Gained 50 pounds in 7 months, 37Lbs being solid muscle! Oh yeah, and I did this 100% Naturally!

4% Bodyfat. That is...incredible. you looked real good. getting up to 210 is a great goal. I'll be checking in. I'm on a return quest to get "channels" in my abs. have been working out and healthy, but not committed to a specific goal like i would want.
