2005 I lost 60 pounds. 2007, I started gaining a little of it back and knew I needed to get fit, not just slim. So, I hired a trainer. April 2007 my BF was 25%. Now, I'm at 16%. January 2008, I decided to take BB more seriously. So, here I am!
Why I Love It:
Seeing the transformation in my body. Feeling and looking great.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing my own transformation and networking with other bodybuilders.
BB Accomplishments:
Decreasing my body fat percentage. Overall improvement in every body part. The biggest improvement is in my shoulders. Before beginning training, I had no shoulders. My first shoulder exercises were with 8 lb. dumb bells.
Youve made great gains keep at it. Looking strong.Thanks for the comp Ill keep working hard if you do. keep after your goals and stay in it for the long haul.
I'm doing good,I am going into my thrid week with a personl trainer. I defintely feel it and I like what I am seeing.Next week I will go in for a bf count. I was at 28.6% in May.I am curious to see what result I get now.Keep up the good work you are doing great.
Hey Mike, thanks for the add and I appreciate the great compliments. I'm not really a bodybuilder though, just a guy trying to gain maximum fitness. Keep moving forward my friend.
