Want to drop total body mass to 185# with 167# LBM to be at 10% BF. Started at 215# with a BF% of 28%. I'm okay with my total weight right now. The plan is to continue to drop BF while maintaining/increasing lean muscle mass. Once the above goals are reached, then, step back to reevaluate and issue a new set.

What a weekend! Do you ever go to the gym and lose track of time? Saturday was Arms/Chest/Abs (I know, wierd combo) Managed 3-Set/8-Rep Bench at my body weight of 185# (247# 1RM). I pushed a little harder on Bi/Tri targeting 85% of 1RM. Very Cool! Felt great! Sunday was Quads and Calves....
I don't do any formal training anymore - the extend of it now is showing my training partner some basics in most of the forms - which is mostly a melting pot of techniques that I find work best for my physique. I do miss it tho. What about you?
Soo, This morning would have been a great workout time because I was P.O. by the time I got to work! I swear these Idiot Drivers. I wanted to rip someones head off and stick it up BLEEEPPP!
