Christmas Party 2007 - 263 Lbs. Baywalk Hulk
My heaviest weight was 276 Lbs. when I turned 37, this pic was at 263 Lbs, at the age of 39. I was turning 40 in a few weeks which is when I decided to turn my life around. My waist was 47 inches - sucked in!
Taken after the usual Sunday group aerobics at the baywalk. Looking harder this time without much effort. I feel I am able to remain lean and not bloat up even when I'm not training as hard. I look forward to taking it to high gear again soon. The break has done me good.

This is after one week on the Get Shredded program. My weight is the same but I feel my muscles filling out due to the heavy weight work. I'm seeing some definition thanks to the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) after each workout. I have a feeling I'm about to gain weight anytime soon but I have to trust the program. CUtting down is in monthe three so I gotta stay the course.

Don't be shocked by the weight gain, I just decided to use the scale at Gold's where I currently workout. Although I do believe I really gained because of the heavy weight training coupled with Universal's Natural Sterol Complex Mass & Density Enhancer. I can feel my whole body filling out and my muscles are much harder and more powerful. This may be the wrong direction but it sure feels empowering! Let's see where this goes.

This was taken after I had calibrated my training to get back on track to my goal of 185 Lbs. The month one program had me eating more and training heavier so my prior pic showed a little more bulk. By this pic, I had re-introduced boxing into my training so I box in the morning and workout at night. I am happy with the progress and feel very good at this stage. I think the pic shows it.

I'm definitely carrying more muscle which was the original intent of Phase 1. As I transition to Phase 2 I expect to get leaner and more cut in the coming weeks.

I'm still pretty much on the get ripped program but I have integrated my feel better strategy to keep things enjoyable and I'm quite happy with the results. Do you agree?

I'm really happy with the progress I am seeing. Cuts are starting to appear all over and the hardness is more and more evident. Thanks to Animal Cuts!

Laid off boxing and weight training for awhile as my trainer is on vacation but regularly doing group aerobics to stay sharp and I guess this pic shows I haven't skipped a beat at all.

Taken after shoulder training at Slimmer's World Gym in Alabang. I'm on my 2nd week of 5x5 and my weight has shot up to 220lbs. I think it's time to shift to carb cycling to shrinkwrap my muscles tight.

It's tricky trying to beef up and lose fat at the same time so I combine heavy with light weights, high with low reps, mass builders and fat burners. Fine line but very much worth it. Hope you all agree.

This was taken on Sunday when URCC MMA champ Caloy "Bad Boy" Baduria visited the gym to look at the Boxing & MMA area i intend to put up. He is preparing for a Light Heavyweight title fight on July 18. Don't I look like a Super Heavyweight beside him? Well, that's life. Haha!

This is my first week on the World's Toughest Diet and already, I feel my clothes much looser and my face tightening up. I'm gonna go for another week and I expect even better results. I'm excited - and hungry!!!

In my July 5 progress pic, I was visibly bigger than Caloy "Bad Boy" Baduria and now, thanks to The World's Toughest Diet, I appear smaller than him. This was taken last night after he took the URCC Light Heavyweight MMA Belt by defeating a Cuban fighter from Hybrid Yaw Yan team. We both achieved our goals so I guess we both win. Haha!

Visibly leaner and starting to shed off excess fat from my last bulking phase. This is my 2nd and last week on "the World's Toughest Diet" and I am happy with the results.Next step is back to running.

Starting to get used to my extremely low carb diet. Not much power during workouts but definitely feeling tighter around the waist which is really worth it. Maybe 2 more weeks before I load up again. Just in time for my gym softlaunch.

Dropping body fat and remaining pretty hard despite the ultra low carb intake. This was taken at the gym after a shovelling session at the back to prepare the boxing and MMA area. Working on the gym and my body at the same time. That's what I call work life balance!

Here's the result of my 2 weeks on the World's Toughest Diet. Well, actually I did more than 2 weeks because I liked the feel of having my jeans fall off because my waist is tightening up. I also like the harder and look. Dontcha?
