It's doing pretty well bro. Most of the members are younger guys who want to get buff and see their abs. It's good to finally be part of the transformation of others than just mine. Quite rewarding actually. I see you are doing great. Keep it up bro!

Hey bro, great time for that 10K. Pretty tough course in UP, lots of ups and downs I experienced during the Miracle Run 10k a few months back. Congratulations bro! I'm doing the New Balance 10K on Sept24. See you there!

actually the raw eggs come from the japanese origin of the dish and since you put the egg while the dish is hot, it tends to curdle up into some form of scrambled egg but yeah, scrambled or fried would still make a good gyudon!

Proper supplementation plays a vital role in preparing you for your workout. Try some pre-workout supps like JetFuel, NO Xplode, Horsepower and feel the surge of energy kick-in. That way you look forward to working out and can't wait to throw the heavy weights around. I also read Muscle & Fitness, Flex and Muscular Development. Watching Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler and Markus Rhul on DVD also helps. Peace bro!

Hi Joe, I agree that at some point in our transformation, we hit our target weight and then try to put on even more muscle. It's an exciting change as we go from trying to look normal to trying to look superhuman. Good luck bro! I know you can do it!
