How I Started:
After playing competitive sports in high school & college, I took up working out at the gym to stay fit as I entered the corporate world. Finally after many years of on and off training, I've made the decision in 2007 to take working out seriously.
Why I Love It:
- Challenging myself mentally & physically everyday - Building discipline that can be applied to all facets of my life - Feeling energized before starting my work day
How I Stay Motivated:
- Focusing on realistic quarterly goals - Seeing progress in the mirror - Working out with other highly motivated people @ 5:30am every workday
BB Accomplishments:
None at this time. Right now I'm working on my foundation. I'll do the EAS Body For Life competition (size and strength) again in February. If I can add 10 lbs of lean muscle mass in 2008 while maintaining less than 10% body fat, I will consider entry-level competitions.
