My dad bought me a years membership to a local gym called Body Image in Mill Valley, CA. The gym is small, private and I love the place. Sometimes I am the only person there.
Why I Love It:
Great way to relieve stress. They way my body feels after working out. Seeing the changes in my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and realize I haven't reached my goal yet.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 135 to 150 in 6 fun filled months. Finally being able to rep 135, with ease. No spotters at my gym so I am sure 140 would be no problem with a spotter. My first two goals completed in 6 months. Only going up from here.

I know it wont be from lack of work.
I was lucky enough to be in the Chat Room talking with Jay Cutler. I got some great advice on a supplement to help me gain weight, exercises for the shoulders, and even talked to him about his porche, new Shelby, and his beemer. Jay Cutler keeps it real.
This is the routine that I try to do. I always switch it up a little bit here and there. I pretty much start every workout session with 10 wide trip pull ups and 10 dips. This just gets the blood flowing a little. I will usually do 3 or 4 exercises for each body part. I do 5 sets of 6...
Hey whats up. Took your advice on the workout more sets, isolating body parts more and I've never hurt so much in my life its great. Eating tons of protein to and anything else I can find to bulk up, and we will see how it goes. Thanks
