HIPPIEDEVIL Do you know if its alright to do the Hydorxycut Pro while on the 12 week plan. I was thinkin of helping to speed things up. But I wanted to get your opinion first on this. Or does the fat come off pretty fast after the first few weeks. I plan on doing the six week cut program after doing this. But i wouldnt mind getting a head start. HIPPIEDEVIL hey man I am getting ready to start the Gethin program. Got a question. On the nutrition side of it he says to do a fist sized amount of food. Is that for the whole meal or for each each thing. What I mean is a fist sized portion of steak with like a fist sized portion of rice.
