All my life I had been on a quest to lose weight. Over the past summer i lost weight at an asounding rate, but became very unhealthy in the process. I lost approx 100 lbs in 9 months and with that, lost most of my muscle too. I currently weigh 186lbs and would hope to be up to 200lbs by May. All the while lowering my body fat from 14% to close to 10%.

Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
At school I work out in the Rec Center, its not my gym at home, but it does its job.
What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
I am not a big dessert guy honestly. But i do love fresh fruit, so that would probably suffice.
Where do you find healthy recipes to try?
