Overall Goal: tone up and lose bodyfat. I'm also loving the idea of feeling stronger for those 3 hour long symphony rehearsals(playing cello isn't just sitting in a chair, ironically) :)

When I turned 15, I started doing pilates to lose weight. Lately I've gotten out of shape while in school, so I'm working out 5-6 times a week with 20 mins. interval cardio and about an hour of weights.
Why I Love It:
even if I'm flippin out stressed, working out gets out my aggression, and i feel better for the rest of the day.

This is basically me at my college heaviest. I've started looking a lot better and have lost about 10 lbs. but it's nice to have something to compare myself to :)

Goal (Long):
I want to have a flatter stomach, work on my thighs/legs, and tone my arms. I'm not obsessed with fat loss, but it would make me happy!
He gives his all in the gym, and genuinely enjoys working out more than pretty much anyone I know! I hope someday my relationship with fitness will be as awesome as his!
She's Jamie Eason! Need I say more? She's super dedicated, fit and toned while still looking like a gawjus lady. She's also cool enough to help tons of people with their goals by being a columnist in oxygen.
hey girly girl how have you been? i just seen the blindside and that movie was very touching and it was also base on a true story, and i think that movie deserve more than a 5 stars.
It's actually my elbow and it's a nagging pain but I'm working through it. I don't want to get injured so I'm trying to substitute exercises that don't aggravate the elbow but it's kinda hard. I'm working around it though. Hope u get back to training soon. Talk to you later.
I used to play trombone but not I just fiddle around with the bass guitar. Nothing major, just trying to learn new things. Its hard right now though because I am deployed.
LOL Yes, I am! I jumped rope instead of ran all last week and I just got back from doing some more tonight...probably won't even run anymore from now on...just stick with that instead. How was your weekend? Wrist doing better?
I've been really good, had Friday off which was nice. I was finally able to catch up on some errands. Training is fantastic except my elbow hurts a little so I've lighten up the weights and concentrating on higher reps otherwise outstanding. How about you?
It's dedication at first but once you get in the swing of things, you'll love it and won't know how to live any other way because you feel so great. Keep pushing and you'll see what I mean.
Omg, that's so tacky!!! Yeah, I always used to get the ass comments or the desperate housewife comments...not so much anymore though...I guess they eventually get the message...they're like pets you have to train LOL

Well then you're lucky :) I don't think it's gonna happen by Thanksgiving...think I need until Christmas...kinda disappointed, but I wanna do it the right way!
