A friend got me started. Initially just to moderately stay in shape. It eventually got integrated into my lifestyle. Now I can't sleep when I don't workout(-:
Why I Love It:
Seeing the results is very rewarding and motivating.
How I Stay Motivated:
By identifying goals and carefully monitoring progress. Friends and family support. Solid diet coupled with intense training. Listening to the right music while working out.
