As with anything important, training, and eating healthfully, should be scheduled and accomplished right along with everything else. So forget waiting for that moment of motivation.
Stop trying to figure out how to become dedicated. Just make it a part of life. Be disciplined and just get it done!

My Supplement Philosophy View My Full Supplement Philosophy
I believe that pre and post workout supplementation are key for maximum gains. At the very least a good blended protein should be included.
My pre and post arsenal. If I could afford only one thing, I'd keep my Labrada protein!
Pre workout: Protein: Labrada ProV60, creatine: Concret, BCAA: SciFit, Glutamine: ON, Blox: BPI
*Varied use: 1 MR, Super Pump & Vasotropin. On the days that I use either of these products, I do not add creatine since they include it.
Post workout: Protein, BCAA, glutamine, Creatine, Blox, Fighter Diet Greens
