I really had to make a change in my life. I was depressed and never had energy to do anything. I've read how exercise can boost all aspects of life, so I'm doing it.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy I have, the obvious boost in my metabolism, and the fact that I'm doing something for ME!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I hired a personal trainer. Keeps my workouts scheduled, no matter what, with all the encouragement and understanding i could ever ask for.

mconyerschanged Weight from 161 lbs. to 160 lbs., a 1 lb. loss in 6 days
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, I workout with my trainer; working on weights and machines. 5 days a week I am doing HIIT cardio on the treadmill. Sundays I do abs and glutes in a couple of classes my trainer teaches.
I wish you much success in the transformation of your body. I have really enjoyed getting into shape myself as has my wife and a number of my clients and i believe you will too.
Train with intensity, stay motivated and focus on your goal.
