How I Started:
I really had to make a change in my life. I was depressed and never had energy to do anything. I've read how exercise can boost all aspects of life, so I'm doing it.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy I have, the obvious boost in my metabolism, and the fact that I'm doing something for ME!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I hired a personal trainer. Keeps my workouts scheduled, no matter what, with all the encouragement and understanding i could ever ask for.

I felt kind of bad because I took a few days off from physical activity...but I needed the mind time. Just time to organize my life. You know?

Anyways, last night I jogged to the gym. Then I worked my arms, shoulders, and back...but with a slightly different approach. I was thinking back...

Optimum 100% Whey Protein, 5 Lbs., Rocky Road

Reason: Need more protein in my diet, low carb/low fat.

Workout Program:
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, I workout with my trainer; working on weights and machines. 5 days a week I am doing HIIT cardio on the treadmill. Sundays I do abs and glutes in a couple of classes my trainer teaches.
