I really had to make a change in my life. I was depressed and never had energy to do anything. I've read how exercise can boost all aspects of life, so I'm doing it.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy I have, the obvious boost in my metabolism even after a week and a half.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have it mentally scheduled. That way, even when I don't want to go, I go. It's something I have to do.

I'm going to the gym at least four times a week, alternating between upper body and lower body workouts. I jog to the gym (almost a mile), and walk home. If it's raining, I'll do at least 30 minutes of elliptical trainer...
