Workout Program:
Monday 25th July, 2007

The day has finally arrived for me to step up to the plate and get down to business. My goal is to add 8 lbs of lean muscle mass and decrease body fat. Since this is my first entry pertaining to the training program I will utilize, this "daily" journal will begin by outlining my programs.

I'm training on a 2 on 1 off; 2 on 2 off split - vastly different from the 5 on 2 off. I think that this program will allow adequate rest as I will being going "all out" once in the gym.

Here's my workout split:

Monday: AM - Chest/Abs; PM - Shoulders/Bis
Tuesday: AM - Quads; PM - Hamstrings/Calves
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: AM - Back/Abs; PM - Back(lagging bodypart)
Friday: AM - Traps/Abs; PM- Tris/Calves
Sat/Sun: Off

Another thing is that after each workout I usually do 30 minutes cardio on either the Elliptical Glider or Treadmill. I will detail my workouts when I actually do them so they can be easily digested all at once to see what workouts i do and exactly what I do in each workout.

I will not be using many supplements while on this program for the first 4 weeks as this is an assess period. I will re-assess my supplementation according to my goals and progress. At the moment I am using Six Star Creatine, Six Star Whey Protein (morning), HotRox, SAN Volu Mass 5.0.
