My supplementation is usually fairly simple. I take whey first thing in the morning, and post workout. I Take a multivitamin daily, and I take fish oil daily. Usually, there will also be some form of preworkout in my supp stash, but its not essential, and I just use it when I feel like I could benefit from it that day.
Protein: Optimum Nutrition. I have used Hydrowhey, and Gold Standard Casein. Typically I use Gold Standard Whey, sometimes Hydrobuilder
Multi: Animal Pak or Orange Triad
Fish Oil: I don't care. Whatever generic brand is cheap.
Preworkout: I've tried a bunch. Jack3d, Assault, White Flood, C4, ACG3, NO3, Yok3d, Pump Fuel, and a few other random off brands. A few of these were just samples. I like trying different kinds.
Never tried a fat burner or test booster of any kind. They seem less researched and reliable, but I'll try most things at least once.
