How I Started:
My husband joined a gym a couple years back and I started going with him. I would do mostly cardio but he got me into weightlifting eventually. He says "he created a monster" b/c now I am more into it than him. :p About 2 years ago I started into lifting more serious, and about 1.5yrs ago I started on this site and really got into this lifestyle and LOVE IT!!!
wow great progress pictures! I am new at this and was wondering if you could give me some general pointers. I have been out of the game for awhile (use to lift 4 years ago but demanding school schedules put me on hold) Now I am back but out of the loop.
Do you use any suppliments? (ei, whey protein etc...)
