Back in 1992 I had high blood pressure,high ldh,headaches,my blood tests were all out of the normal range i felt and looked terriable,so I go see a doctor tells me I need to start to exercise,diet,etc..so I tell myself do you want to die young or do something about your health.I joined the gym and never looked back I became addicated within 6months to a year
Why I Love It:
i enjoy how i feel,look,more energy, and all the complmaints. now i have my health back and look the best ever and at my age 57plus it goes to show proper diet and correct exercise program can make you achieve the look you want,but you have to make it part of your life style
How I Stay Motivated:
Started to see my bodys transformation my whole outlook on life changed for the better due to feeling and looking good,also enjoy the challenge to continue to build muscle and keeping your 6pack...
BB Accomplishments:
I never competed to this date but my goal is to get another year under my belt.Take a look at my progress.To me after all my 4 back operations and coming back is my bodybuilding Accomplishment

december of 1999 i had my 1st of 3 back surgeries and 1 neck surgery the last in june of 2004.i had appox 7yrs of bodybuilding under my belt when i blew out my L4 L5 disc and needed to have 3rods put around my spine for support.i thought my life in the gym was over,but i made a promise to myself to go through rehab which too me until 2006 until i walked back into the gym that was my goal then my goal now is to continue to train smart and stay in the best natural shape i can with a proper diet...

I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

ha yeah, I was photographing the women when I saw him walk by, so I dropped my big camera and handed my little one to his manager...there were tons of girls following him but I pushed them out of the way to get that pic!

MICHAEL! You STILL look SENSATIONAL after all you've been through. Your previous training & EXCEPTIONAL MUSCULATURE certainly must attribute to how well you've prevailed. I bet you have stuck to an unwavering diet as well. YOU LOOK FANTASTIC & BUFF! God Bless, Dave.
Thanks for the tip, I felt like that is what I ought to be doing but it seems I always find myself back to going heavier and heavier and end up going low reps on everything. Thanks again, have a great day
currently working on getting more cut and defined weight now at appox 186/188lbs.
i ate every 2hours high protein/high carb/med fats.
after my 4th back surgery in 02/06/2009 i list 17lbs
looked terriable,was weak,always in pain.
after 5weeks i started back just doing cable resistence for 3 weeks then switched over to circiut training for another 3/4 weeks now 06/16/2009 i incorporate all 3 moderate weights for the next 8/10 weeks then re-evulate progress
