How I Started:
I just was tired of being tired of my body, I wasn't happy when I put my on my clothing. When I got deployed to Iraq in July 2009 I deceided this would be a perfect time to get in shape. I don't have to be mom or wife why I'm here.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it just make me feel good all over when I'm finish. Sometimes I don't want to leave......LOL
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated and pump by other stories I read on this site. I know it's possible with a lot of hard work. I just can't wait untl I start seeing the changes....
