hey there friend! I had my hernia surgery yesterday morning. 4-6 weeks before I can workout again.

looks like I will be off for a couple months, I have a hernia that I got from doing rowing for cardio. This really sucks

thanks, I can always use more support. I will be back at it hard this week, I have the next three days and the weekend off to workout. And I can't believe its already cold, 35 degrees the last few mornings on my way to work

sure. anytime. I forgot to put in shrugs, I just do 3 sets of DB shrugs on back or shoulder day. I have thought about getting a Master's but I already spent 6 years in college. One day I will work 8 hour shifts, and one day I will have a waist like yours, LOL.

I worked 39 hours in the last 3 days and go back sat and sunday. I am trying to get this car paid off in a couple years. This is my recovery week anyway so I won't do any lifting. Some advice I got from some other guys is to take a week off every 12 weeks or so. Check ur PM. take care

sure, they are nothing too crazy, about 30-45 minutes of fast lifting and then 20-30 minutes of cardio. I will send u a message after I get off work and home from the gym tonight.

tell me about it. It has better after about 4 days. And I have been working overtime the last 3 or 4 weeks. After then new year I am applying for a couple government jobs in town so I can work 8 hour shifts, and have retirement options.

been working like crazy. got sick and then sprained my ankle so I have been off for 2 weeks. Prob get back to it this week.
