Background
When I was in the Marines my unit and I were doing some training for a deployment to Iraq. We were in 29 palms California and I started in the gym there with much bigger guys than I. They never let me quit and I continue to this day hitting the gym hard.
The relief of stress, and the good positive emotions that come with it. My favorite part of the day is those few precious moments right after a grueling workout, knowing that you left all you had to offer out on the floor and then some.

The things they say is complete nonsense and I usually attempt to tune it out, because let's face it, they're still in a stubborn stage and for me to correct them would be considered offensive to their ever growing puny brains.
