New Diet
When I say that I'm getting on a new "diet" I don't mean I'm going to be starving myself with some type of short term fat loss for beach season. I mean I'm starting to adjust my diet to my life. Eating healthy foods when I'm hungry. No waiting 3 hours before eating and going hungry all the time while losing energy in the gym. With my new job out here in San Diego, I will be constantly on the go, so this is what my diet looks like that I've been following for a few days now and I feel great and more energetic than ever!
I wake at 4am - Pre-workout - 2 scoops of whey
Post-workout - 2 scoops of whey with a banana and a cup of fruit or an orange.
I'll go about my day and whenever I feel the need to get something in my stomach I'll just drink another protein shake. I'll have about 2 more before the day is over.
When I get home or all done with my work, around 6pm, I'll make a big hearty meal full of veggies and lean meats. I stay away from carbs, not because I think they're going to get me fat or anything, but because they make me sluggish and tired. After I eat about 5oz of chicken or steak with some ground lean meats as well, I relax and plan for my morning workout.
The energy from the last meal of the day for me provides great energy and I always get a great lift in.

Protogen / Amino Recovery (which I drink all day long) / Scream Pre-workout / and the Free testosterone product Alpha Protocol.

Reason: Little bro who started a few years back with me at Gold's Gym in Hamburg NY. Didn't like it much at first, but now he's one of the most committed men in there day in and day out to better himself.

Reason: The guy keeps at it even while dealing with the tough life of Marine. Started when I started in the same gym, has killed it since then. Get it Fletch.

After about a year and a half of taking a break from bodybuilding shows, I performed in a powerlifting competition which has added serious muscle mass. Last year I weighed 175 at 8%, now I'm 185 at 8%, with hard work I plan to be back down to about 175-177 at a solid lean nasty looking 5%
