I look at pictures of myself at 280lbs. and remember that I want to get back down to 200lbs. I also remember what it felt like to have to go to Physical Therapy or the Chiropractor 3 to 4 times a week for a herniated disk in my lower back.
I want to lose the remaining 38lbs. of the 80lb. goal I had 8 months ago and get back to 195-200lbs.
Goal (Long):
On December 12th 2005 I weighed 280lbs. I began eating better and walking. In February 2006 I was down to 275. I then began doing more strenuous cardio and weight training. Now I am down to 238 and I have put on a considerable amount of lean muscle as well as I have lost allot of fat. I want to get down to 195 or 200 by February 2007. That gives me about three months to lose the remaining 38lbs.
